Will there be a gap in my medication?
We plan the handover to avoid disruption: records review first, then Consultant review and prescribing. Book before your current supply runs out.
Do you accept diagnoses from any provider?
We review every case individually against recognised criteria. Bring all reports — the team confirms suitability at triage.
What does ongoing care cost?
Once stable: GP shared-care reviews of approx. €70 every 3 months, with monitoring and prescription review in liaison with our Consultant.
